Our current technology is based on high performance elastomer compounds, often combined in multi-material constructions including: Silicone (VMQ): The best high/low temperature balance, Fluorosilicone (FVMQ): fluorine-containing silicone additional fuel and oil resistance, Ethylene-acrylate (AEM): carboxyl group containing rubber with weathering and fluid resistance, Polyacrylate (ACM): Full acrylate material with excellent oil resistance, Fluoroelastomers (FKMs): The highest thermal and chemical resistance

Production Process
1. Project- New Product Commissioning
When our project unit will launch a new product, by purchasing 3 pieces of the original product;
1 product is sent to our R&D laboratory, for raw material tests,
1 product is sent to the molding room for making molds (scanned in a 3D scanning device). Here, the product is revealed by reverse engineering from the original products. One product is archived to bear witness samples.

2. Mixture Preparation: 

Dough recipes are prepared in automation. The mixes we produce in our dough house, are kept in the resting room with air conditioning feature before extrusion. Products waiting for a suitable time are put into production in accordance with FIFO system.

3. Extruder Hose Shooting:

With our cold-feed extruders of small to medium frame size, we have compact and reliable working machine. Special screw and barrel designs and configurations guarantee the high quality we require. We have high output and quality service.

Modern control concepts and functionalities specifically adapted to our application guarantees ease of operation and efficiency.

Owing to their ample screw torque and large screw speed range, our extruder can be used for many applications.

4. Vulcanization Line Automotive uses autonomous lines for hot-air vulcanization of profiles, insulating hoses or special products. Hot-air circulation at high air velocities provides for good heating rates of the rubber extrudate. 2 units of Ø 2 meters, length 5.5 meters, 12 bar pressure Autoclave boilers (45 minutes 180 ° C, 8 bar pressure is vulcanized. 5. It is perfectly resistant to heat, light and oxidation. (ozone and aging) Low-density, lightweight materials are produced. Good dielectric properties. It can be used between -40 ° C and 150 ° C. (varies with cooker systems) It is also resistant to polar solvents such as acid, base, alcohol, ketone. It has high chemical resistance. Resistance to engine coolants is excellent. Not suitable for fuels and petroleum-based oils (hydrocarbons).

AEM RUBBERS USAGE AREAS: Radiator-heating hoses, Air hoses, cold side hoses of turbocharger system, vacuum hoses. TEMPERATURE RESISTANCE: High temperature resistance, flexibility at low temperature-good LIQUID RESISTANCE: Oil and gas resistance, Water resistance – Excellent, Ozone and weather resistance (external conditions-atmosphere), Low volume change in synthetic engine oils, Low oil and gas permeability, Good mechanical and adhesion properties, Good resistance to ozone, oxidized media and mineral oils.

CR RUBBER AREAS OF USE: Air hoses, turbocharged cold side hoses, hydraulic and brake hoses Material Properties: It is resistant to air and ozone. It is resistant to medium oils. It shows resistance against burning. The operating temperature range is -35° C to 110°C. It can rise to 125 ° C intermittently.

VMQ SILICONE RUBBER

USAGE AREAS: Radiator-heating hoses, Air hoses, turbocharger hot-cold side hoses, vacuum hoses.

TEMPERATURE RESISTANCE
– High temperature resistance (200-250°C). It can go up to 300°C in a short time.
– It maintains its flexibility at low temperatures.
– There are formulations that can maintain flexibility even at -60°C.
– Insulation, high heat resistance and flame retardant properties (High insulation feature)
– With ultraviolet rays, it is very resistant to the effects of Oxygen, Nitrogen and other gases.
– It is not affected by rain and surface waters.
– Low-density, lightweight materials are produced.
– Corrosion resistant
– Very good resistance to mineral oils

FVMQ- FKM RUBBER

AREAS OF USE: Air hoses, turbocharger hot side hoses, fuel hoses

Material Properties:
– FVMQ and FKM have high temperature resistance (250-300°C)

– The fluorine structure in FVMQ and FKM increases the oil-fuel resistance of both materials. It has a very high chemical resistance
– It has self-extinguishing feature.
– It has low deformation property at high temperature
– Since FVMQ and FKM are very expensive materials, they are generally used as a barrier coat in hoses.

NBR, HNBR RUBBER AREAS OF USE: Air hoses, turbocharged cold side hoses, fuel hoses, air intake hoses Material Properties: NBR: – It is resistant to oils and can be formulated for applications that require high temperatures. – It has good mechanical properties. – It does not leak gases. – Aging properties are of medium value. – Low temperature resistances are of medium value but can be used in applications reaching up to -35⁰C with the use of appropriate plasticizers. – Temperature range -30 to 120⁰C.

HNBR:
– It is their high mechanical strength and more abrasion resistance.
– Usage temperature is 150⁰C

CSM RUBBERAREAS OF USE: Air hoses, turbocharged cold side hoses, fuel hoses, Clean air hoses Material Properties: – Excellent oxidation, resistance to ozone and atmospheric conditions. – Excellent resistance to hydrocarbon solvents (Resistance to petroleum derivatives and chemicals) – Flame resistance – Resistance to friction – High strength – Temperature range -35 to 140⁰C
